Your Right to Cancel and the Distance Selling Regulations
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the Distance Selling Regulations, which provide additional protection when buying goods online. Specifically, Regulation 8 of the Distance Selling Regulations applies.
Cooling Off Period
You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without providing a reason within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, starting the day after you receive the goods. However, this right does not apply to bespoke printed or manufactured items.
Returning Goods
If you wish to cancel your order and return the goods, you are responsible for retaining and taking reasonable care of them. You must return the goods to us at your own cost, unless the item was delivered in error or is damaged or defective. You must return the goods to our contact address as soon as possible after cancelling the contract.
We reserve the right to charge for the recovery of goods, not exceeding our direct costs, if you fail to return the goods or return them at our expense.
Refund Process
Once you notify us of your intention to cancel, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days of your cancellation.
Goods Exempt from Cancellation
You will not have the right to cancel the purchase of the following goods:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, or which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
